Using only safe
New Zealand
deer velvet harvested
through the
Regulatory Control Scheme
In August 2017, New Zealand introduced the world's first Regulatory Control Scheme (RCS) for deer velvet harvest.
RCS is applied to the entire distribution process of the deer velvet beginning from the time of harvest.
Hanpure Korea Velvet Imports and Exports Co. (K.V.I.E.) imports and distributes only grade SA or higher products that have undergone thorough management complying with the strictest standards regarding sanitation, cold distribution, transportation, and tracking through RCS.
Using only deer velvet certified by the
National
Velvet Standards Body(NVSB) in
accordance with
New Zealand's animal
welfare system
The National Velvet Standards Body (NVSB) is an organization jointly established by the New Zealand Government, the National Animal Welfare Advisory Committee, the New Zealand Veterinary Association, and Deer Industry New Zealand (DINZ).
Consisting of appointed deer farmers and veterinarians, the NVSB ensures that the entire process of deer velvet harvesting adheres to New Zealand's stringent animal welfare, hygiene, and handling practices.

Ingredient test results
DINZ has continued its innovative investments in the safety testing of deer velvet, ingredient research,
best harvesting methods, and origin tracing to ensure the production of high-quality deer velvet.
As a result, New Zealand deer velvet shows superior ingredient testing results compared to deer velvet
from other countries in the international research project.
