The Korea Velvet Imports and Exports Co.(K.V.I.E.), the mother corporation of Hanpure Co., Ltd., was established based on the Korean proverb Gyeonrisayi (見利思義), meaning one must think of virtue before seeking profit. In line with the foundation, we wish to supply proper deer velvet rather than gain from the immediate profits and aspire to help the people of Korea become happy.

The Korea Velvet Imports and Exports Co.(K.V.I.E.) carefully selects the antlers of healthy deer grown in blessed natural environments and delivers them to the domestic market for the proper production and distribution of deer velvet. We have also implemented a strict 7-step quality control system and systematic production facilities to supply safe and healthy deer velvet at reasonable prices.

As a result, our company obtained the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2015 and established itself as Korea's best deer velvet producer and supplier.

In 2018, Korea Velvet Imports and Exports Co. (K.V.I.E.) established the comprehensive Korean herbal medicine company Hanpure Co., Ltd. In Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do as part of our second leap forward.

Based on the know-how and technology that Korea Velvet Imports and Exports Co. has accumulated over the past 10 years, we diversified our business by establishing Hanpure Co., Ltd. And as of 2022, we are producing and distributing over 500 kinds of medicinal herbs. We are also operating an ICT-based, state-of-the-art extramural herbal dispensary applying IT technology to traditional herbal medicinal practices for more accurate and efficient herbal medicine dispensation.

Hanpure aspires to become a global herbal medicine healthcare company going beyond Korea. To this end, we have established HACCP facilities to conduct research and development in the health food business for Korean medicine clinics and the health functional food business to strive for mutual growth with doctors of Korean medicine.
